PAYMENT POLICY

We accept cash, all major credit cards and travelers checks. We do not accept personal checks of any kind. You may pay with any combination of cash, credit card, and our own gift certificates.

RETURN POLICY

NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

We will gladly exchange, for store credit or merchandise only, any item purchased from us within the past 30 days that is returned in new, unused condition, and accompanied with the original sales receipt.

 Returns may incur a 25% restocking fee. Returns of more than 5 items, at one time, will incur a 25% restocking fee.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS

Brass Models, Books, Magazines, DVD's, Digital Decoders, Electrical Items, Glues, Paints, Solvents, Used and/or Collector items, Consignment items and any item that has been opened, damaged or missing packaging. If any item is sold in a sealed or shrink wrapped package, we will not accept it back if the seal or shrink wrap has been broken or removed.

We sell many items that are electrical or mechanical in nature. We are quite sure that YOU would not want to buy such items if they had been unwrapped, unpacked, or used, so PLEASE understand that we cannot accept such items back.
